Negative PET/CT Scan

Clinical information:

Clinical: 33 y/o female presents with fever and RUQ pain. Outside ultrasound performed demonstrates no gallstones, with a hypoechoic mass within the anterior and inferior right hepatic lobe adjacent to GB.

History: positive for travel in Northern Africa, Middle East and Mediterranean.
PMH: noncontributory
PE: VS WNL, afebrile, normal CBC

The lesion is isointense on T2-weighted MRI imaging
