Dr. Randall A. Stenoien
A native of Minneapolis, Minnesota, Dr. Randall A. Stenoien attended Bjorkelangen Videre-gaaende Skole in Norway in 1978. He received a Bachelors degree from Trinity University in San Antonio in 1981 and graduated from the University of Texas Medical School in 1984. He completed a four year Diagnostic Radiology residency at UT Southwestern in Dallas in 1988. Since that time, Dr. Stenoien has been in private practice. He worked for Southwest Radiology Association until 2002, and thereupon founded Innovative Radiology, PA. He is currently CEO of Houston Medical Imaging. Dr. Stenoien has a vast knowledge of interventional and oncology experience with an interest in cross sectional and nuclear imaging.
Dr. John Pagani
Dr. John Pagani is a native of the San Francisco bay area. He is former Chief Resident in Diagnostic Radiology from the University of California Los Angeles School of Medicine. He has been on the teaching and research faculties of the University of Texas M.D. Anderson, and Harvard Medical School. Dr. Pagani has been in the private practice of Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology for more than twenty years. Dr. Pagani joined Innovative Radiology in 2003. He is Vice President of Innovative Radiology and chief of radiology at Conroe Regional Medical Center..
Dr. Linda Hankins
A native of Detroit, Michigan, Dr. Linda Hankins attended the University of California at Irvine, receiving Bachelor and Masters of Science degrees in neurobiology. She graduated from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston. Her flexible internship was completed at St. Joseph's Hospital in Houston. She completed a residency in diagnostic radiology and a fellowship in neuroradiology at the University of Texas at Houston. Dr. Hankins is a senior member in the American Society of Neuroradiology and also holds memberships in the American Societies of Pediatric Neuroradiology and Head and Neck Radiology. She has qualified for the Certificate of Added Qualification in Neuroradiology. She is a member of the Harris County Medical Association.
Dr. Greg Chapman
Dr. Greg Chapman is a native of West Texas, born in Lubbock in 1951. After graduating from the USAF Academy in 1973, he attended the University of Texas Medical School at Houston. In San Antonio he completed an internship in medicine and residency in diagnostic radiology at Wilford Hall, USAF Medical Center. After completion of his Air Force service, he returned to Houston in 1985 where he has been in the private practice of diagnostic radiology. Dr. Chapman joined Innovative Radiology in 2007. He has special interests in PET imaging and nuclear medicine.
Dr. Saween Thompson
Dr. Saween Thompson is a graduate of Stanford University and Baylor College as a Medicine. A former Assistant Professor of Body Imaging with the Department of Radiology at the University of Texas Medical School at Houston/ Hermann hospital, she was involved in training radiology residents. Dr. Thompson also is a published author in radiology, including a well respected text book. Certified by the American Board of Radiology, Dr. Thompson specializes in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Computed tomography (CT) and Ultrasound. Dr Thompson recently served for over six years as the Director of Diagnostic Radiology for a full modality imaging facility in West Houston.
Dr. Kavitha Pandya
Dr. Kavitha Pandya was born and raised in South Carolina. She completed her undergraduate education at Duke University, Where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics. She attended medical school at the Medical University of South Carolina, where she was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. She completed her internship and radiology residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. She then completed a Body MRI fellowship at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. Dr. Pandya has an interest in all aspects of body imaging, including ultrasound, CT, and MRI, as well as oncological imaging. In her free time, she enjoys spending time and traveling with her husband, an oncologist, and their young son.
Dr. John Beerbower
A native of Houston, Texas, Dr. John Beerbower attended the University of Texas at Austin receiving Bachelor of Arts Degree with High Honors in Biology. He completed his residency in diagnostic radiology at the University of Texas at San Antonio going on to complete his fellowship in Neuroradiology at the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas in 1986. Dr. Beerbower’s practice focuses primarily on neuroradiology and pain management related to the spine. He is married to his lovely wife, Michelle and has two daughters, Krista and Kaci. Although his primary interest is family, he enjoys automobiles and martial arts.
Dr. Adel Salehi
Dr. Salehi is essentially a native Houstonian, having grown up here since the age of 5. He attended Duke University in Durham, NC for his undergraduate education, graduating in 2005. He completed medical school at Wake Forest University School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, NC in 2010. After medical school, he completed his surgical internship at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York, NY. Dr. Salehi then returned to Texas to complete his Diagnostic Radiology residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch - Galveston. He then completed a fellowship in Body Imaging at MD Anderson Cancer Center. Dr. Salehi has special interest in oncologic imaging including prostate MRI. Outside of work, Dr. Salehi enjoys playing basketball, cycling, and traveling. He is also an avid fan of his Duke Blue Devils."
Dr. Ali Salehi
Dr. Ali Salehi has been in private practice in Houston for more than 30 years. He completed his diagnostic radiology residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center - San Antonio in 1978. He then completed a pediatric radiology and ultrasound fellowship at LSU in New Orleans. He founded Heights Diagnostic Imaging Center in 1995 which merged with Houston Medical Imaging in 2014. Dr. Salehi has been married for over 35 years and is the proud father of two sons. In his free time, he enjoys swimming, cooking, and outdoor activities.
Dr. Scott Staewen
A native of San Antonio, Dr. Scott Staewen attended Texas A&M University, receiving a bacca-laureate in biomedical engineering. He graduated from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in 1987, and completed a residency in diagnostic radiology and fellowship in MR spectroscopy at the University of Minnesota. In 1994, he completed a fellowship in musculoskeletal imaging at the University of California San Francisco. Dr. Staewen has been in private practice in Houston since 1995. He is chief of radiology at Houston Orthopedic and Spine Hospital.
Dr. Mona Bloom
Dr. Mona Bloom attended the University of Pennsylvania, graduating in May 1986. She completed medical school at Baylor College of Medicine in 1990. She served a one year transitional internship at St. Vincent's Hospital and then pursued her Diagnostic Radiology residency at Michael Reese Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. A one year body imaging fellowship at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston completed Dr. Bloom's postgraduate training. Dr. Bloom has a special interest in crosss imaging.
Dr. Byron Bohnn
A native of Wichita Falls, Texas, Dr. Byron Bohnn attended North Texas State University and then went to the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, Texas. He graduated first in his class in 1966. He completed a Diagnostic Radiology residency at the University of California, San Francisco, in 1972. Dr. Bohnn worked many years for Southwest Radiology Association, later Synergy Radiology Dr. Bohnn has a special interest in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic venous insufficiency. Dr. Bohnn is the father of three children as well as two wonderful stepdaughters. He continues to enjoy the benefits of exercise and was an age group state champion triathlete in the past.
Dr. Jennifer Doe
Dr. Jennifer Doe is a board certified radiologist specializing in breast imaging, including mammograms, breast ultrasound, breast MRI and biopsies. Born and raised in New Jersey, she was accepted into Albany Medical College while in high school through a six year combined undergraduate and medical degree program offered through Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She then completed residency at Albany Medical Center and went on to specialty training at Columbia University and St. Barnabas Medical Center. Dr. Doe happily moved to Houston in June 2013 for better opportunities and warmer weather. She is married with two daughters and enjoys cooking and outdoor activities. Dr. Noah Jaffee
A native of Houston, Dr. Noah Jaffee graduated from St. John´s High School. He received his undergraduate degree from Tulane University, and MD from Baylor College of Medicine. His fellowship is in musculoskeletal radiology at Mallinckrodt Institute at Washington University School of Medicine, St. Louis, Missouri. He has been in practice for the last 19 years specializing in orthopedics, sports medicine, and spine imaging. He enjoys traveling, scuba diving and fishing with his wife Tish.
Dr. Marcos Calderon
Dr. Marcos Calderon was born in Mexico City, the largest city in the world with a population of 28 million people. He received a BS from the UNAM (Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico) in 1956, and in 1964 graduated with an MD degree, also from UNAM. He completed a one year rotating internship at the American Cowdray Hospital (ABC Hospital in Mexico City) and after graduation from medical school, worked assisting a gynecologist in Mexico for a period of two years. Dr. Calderon migrated to the United States in 1967 for training in Internal Medicine at the Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. He later completed a two year training program in Nuclear Medicine at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. He is board certified in Nuclear Medicine. In 1972 he joined the faculty at Baylor as an assistant professor; he was also the medical director of the Nuclear Medicine department at St. Luke’s and Texas Children’s hospitals in Houston. He has published numerous original works in various scientific journals in the field of Nuclear Medicine. In 1972, Dr. Calderon left the faculty of Baylor to open a private practice office, founding the Houston Imaging Center, one of the first outpatient imaging centers in the nation. Dr. Calderon’s facility was also one of the first centers to house a total body CAT scanner and a superconducting MRI system. He has been in private practice and diagnostic imaging ever since. Presently, Dr. Calderon is the President of Houston Medical Imaging, and serves on a number of community and civic organizations in Houston.
A native of Dehgam, India, Dr Banker moved to the United States in 1976. He completed his undergraduate studies at Texas A&M University where he graduated with Honors with a BS in Biochemistry. He received his MD from The University of Texas Medical Branch in 1993 and completed two years of a Surgery Residency at The University of Washington Hospital in Seattle, Washington. He then returned to Texas to complete a Fellowship in Surgery at UTMB. He began his Radiology Residency in 1998 and became Board Certified in 2002. After completing a Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiology Fellowship at the University of Minnesota Medical Center, he returned to Texas once again to practice Radiology and raise his family. Dr Banker is a skilled interventional radiologist with special interests in peripheral vascular and oncologic intervention (tumor ablation and Y-90 hepatic embolization.
